A street in New York City is named “Yad Vashem Way,” after Israel’s Holocaust memorial and museum. The street naming takes place as part of this week’s events for Holocaust Remembrance Day. The street is on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, on 67th Street, between 3rd Avenue and 2nd Avenue, near Park East Synagogue.
